APPROVALS OF THIRD PARTIES AND PERMITS AND CONSENTS. Seller shall use its best efforts to secure all necessary approvals and consents of third parties to the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby, which consents are described on EXHIBIT 2.5. Seller shall use its best efforts to obtain all licenses, permits, approvals or other authorizations required under any law, rule, regulation or otherwise to enable Purchaser to conduct the business of Seller.
