APPROVALS OF THIRD PARTIES AND PERMITS AND CONSENTS. Contributor and Partners shall use their best efforts to secure all necessary approvals and consents of third parties to the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby, including consents described on EXHIBIT 2.4. Contributor and Partners shall use their best efforts to obtain all licenses, permits, approvals or other authorizations required under any law, rule, regulation, or otherwise to provide the services of Contributor contemplated by the Service Agreement and to conduct the intended business of Contributor and operate the Business and use the Assets.
