Common use of Approvals Rescinded Clause in Contracts

Approvals Rescinded. The State may terminate the Contract without further liability or penalty in the event any final administrative or judicial decision or adjudication disapproves a previously approved request for purchase of personal services pursuant to Constitution 1963, Article 11, section 5, and Civil Service Rule 7-1. Termination may be in whole or in part and may be immediate as of the date of the written notice to Contractor or may be effective as of the date stated in such written notice.
