Approved Maximum Residential Units. The Maximum Residential Units in the Planned Community shall be six thousand three hundred and thirty (6,330) Residential Dwelling Units. The RDUs shall be generally located in the areas illustrated in the Master Plan as more fully detailed in the Design Guidelines and future approvals as required by City’s Vested Laws or this MDA. Subject to the requirements of subsection 2.2.2, the Design Guidelines and Master Plan provide for certain flexibility in locating various types of RDUs within the areas of the Planned Community and making specified modifications of the numbers of each type of RDU within the designated areas.
