Common use of APPROVED PRELIMINARY PLAN Clause in Contracts

APPROVED PRELIMINARY PLAN. As soon as reasonably possible following the full execution of this Agreement, the space plan (“Preliminary Plan”) for the Tenant Improvements shall be prepared by the Architect, and shall be reviewed and approved by Landlord and Tenant (the “Approved Preliminary Plan”). The Approved Preliminary Plan shall be used by Architect to develop the Construction Plans.
