Common use of APRONS AND UNIFORMS Clause in Contracts

APRONS AND UNIFORMS. 28.01 Kitchen staff shall be provided with cloth aprons free of charge by the Employer. 28.02 All employees who have completed their probationary period shall be paid a uniform allowance by the Employer in the amount of seven cents (7¢) per hour worked. Effective the first pay period in the month following ratification, the uniform allowance will increase to eight cents (8¢) per hour worked. 28.03 Uniform allowances shall be paid to the employee with their last pay in December of each year.

Effective the first pay period in the month following ratificationJanuary 1, 2007, the uniform allowance will increase be increased to eight seven cents (8¢7¢) per hour worked. 28.03 Uniform allowances shall be paid to the employee by separate cheque with their last first pay in December of each year.
