If any dispute or controversy arises between Executive and the Company as to their respective rights or obligations under this Agreement, then either party may submit the dispute or controversy to arbitration under the then-current National Employment Dispute Resolution Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) (the "RULES"); provided, however, the Company shall retain its rights to seek a restraining order or injunctive relief pursuant to SECTION 15.
