Common use of Arbitration Act Clause in Contracts

Arbitration Act. Whatever the nationality, residence or domicile of any contracting party and wherever the dispute or difference or any part thereof arose, the law of England shall be the proper law of any reference to arbitration hereunder and in particular (but not so as to derogate from the generality of the foregoing) the provisions of the Arbitration ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (notwithstanding anything in section 108 thereof) shall apply to any such arbitration wherever the same or any part of it shall be conducted.
