ARBITRATION COSTS AND PROCEDURES. Each party will bear the full cost for its representation in the arbitration. The fees and the expenses of the arbitrator and Federal Mediation and Conciliation Services (FMCS) shall be shared equally by the parties. If either party requests a transcript of the proceedings, that party shall bear the full cost for the transcript. The parties may agree to share the cost of all transcripts, including that furnished to the arbitrator. If only one party requests postponement of an arbitration hearing, that party shall bear the cost of such postponement.
