Arbitration Hearing and Location. If the Dispute is for $50,000 or less, you may choose whether to conduct the arbitration solely on the basis of documents submitted to the arbitrator, through a telephonic hearing, or by an in-person hearing as established by the Arbitrator Rules. If the Dispute exceeds $50,000, the Arbitrator Rules will determine the right to a hearing. Any in-person hearing will take place at a location convenient to you within a reasonable distance of the area where you receive the Services from HTC.
