Common use of Arbitration Proceedings Clause in Contracts

Arbitration Proceedings. Arbitration proceedings with national suppliers will be conducted in accordance with the Arbitration Laws of Kenya. In case of any claim or dispute, such claim or dispute shall be notified in writing by either party to the other with a request to submit it to arbitration and to concur in the appointment of an Arbitrator within thirty days of the notice.
