Common use of Architect Certificate Clause in Contracts

Architect Certificate. A certificate from Architect certifying to MPT and the Adeptus Parties, as of a particular date, to the best of Architect’s knowledge, information and belief, that (a) the Project through such date has been substantially completed in accordance with the Plans and Specifications (as herein defined) and (b) the quality of work performed in connection with the Project through such date complies with the requirements of the Construction Contract (as herein defined) and the Plans and Specifications.

Architect Certificate. A certificate from Architect certifying to MPT and the Adeptus First Choice Parties, as of a particular date, to the best of Architect’s knowledge, information and belief, that (a) the Project (as herein defined) through such date has been substantially completed in accordance with the Plans and Specifications (as herein defined) and (b) the quality of work performed in connection with the Project through such date complies with the requirements of the Construction Contract (as herein defined) and the Plans and Specifications.
