Pricing to include coordinating schedules for deliverables with Licensee and assisting Licensee to obtain zoning and construction permits as well as coordination of the project with Site Acquisition, Zoning and Construction requirements. All work will be in conformance with local, state, and federal regulations and standard professional practice. All final engineering documentation to be delivered to Licensee and regulatory agencies shall be stamped (sealed) by a licensed engineer authorized to perform work in the state where the project is located.
