Grievants and UPTE agree that every effort shall be made to avoid the presentation of repetitive witnesses and the absence of any or all witnesses shall not require the meeting to be recessed or postponed. 3. The University is not responsible for any travel or lodging expenses or any other expenses incurred by the representative, grievant or union witnesses. 4. Paid release time for UPTE designated employee representatives for purposes other than University convened meetings shall be provided in accordance with Article 1 β Access.
