Areas excluded from the Premises. 3.1 The Premises exclude: (A) all structural or loadbearing walls and columns and the structural slabs of any roofs, ceilings and floors; and (B) all Conduits within the Premises which do not exclusively serve them; and (C) the Services Systems within the Premises; (D) all tenant’s fixtures and chattels.
