AREAS FOR CONTRACTOR USE. 12.1. The City right-of-way shall only be used for the purposes that are necessary to perform the required work. 12.2. The Contractor shall not occupy the right-of-way or allow others to occupy the right-of- way, for purposes that are not necessary to perform the required work. 12.3. Temporary storage of equipment and materials on City property, to the extent possible, may be arranged with the Project Manager. 12.4. The Contractor shall secure at his own expense, any additional area required for storage of equipment or materials or for other purposes. 12.5. The Contractor shall have written approval from the property owner before storage of any material or equipment can occur on private property. A copy of the written approval shall be provided to the Project Manager.
