Areas of Assignment. The Employer retains the right to determine the most effective work assignments for staff and from time to time may adjust and modify the work area assignments within a building to meet cleaning and maintenance requirements as the Employer deems necessary. As vacancies occur, the employer may establish a regular assignment which requires assignment of an employee to more than one school during a work week. Such vacancies shall be posted and bid in accordance with the provisions of Article 6.
