All contractor employees with access to Government information systems must be registered in the ATCTS (Army Training Certification Tracking System) at commencement of services, and must successfully complete the DOD Cyber Awareness Challenge Training “formerly known as DoD Information Assurance Awareness Training” prior to access to the information systems and then annually thereafter.
