Common use of Arrangements with Management Clause in Contracts

Arrangements with Management. Except for this Agreement and any other document expressly contemplated by this Agreement, neither Purchaser nor any of its Affiliates has entered into any agreement with, or agreed to enter into, or caused any of its Affiliates (including the Companies and their Subsidiaries after the Closing) to enter into, any agreement or understanding with, or otherwise provided remuneration, fees or other economic benefits to, any current director, officer, manager or employee of the Companies or their Subsidiaries.

Arrangements with Management. Except for any agreements, documents or other instruments contemplated to be entered into pursuant to this Agreement and any other document expressly the transactions contemplated by this Agreementhereunder, neither Purchaser Buyer nor any of its Affiliates has entered into any agreement with, or agreed to enter into, or caused any of its Affiliates (including the Companies and their Subsidiaries after the Closing) to enter into, any agreement or understanding with, or otherwise provided remuneration, fees or other economic benefits to, any current director, officer, manager or employee of any of the Companies or their SubsidiariesTarget Companies.
