Common use of Arrival Time Clause in Contracts

Arrival Time. No later than the Arrival Time, prior to the beginning of the Event, Artist or its agent shall call University’s Contract Administrator to advise University of Artist’s expected time of arrival at the Location, where Artist will be staying, the expected time of arrival for the crew and or materials used for the performance, and the mode of transportation for the Artist, crew and materials. If Artist does not require a rehearsal, Artist shall make its whereabouts known to University’s designee at least three (3) hours prior to the beginning of the Event and shall be at the Location at least one (1) hour prior to the beginning of the Event.
