Common use of ARTICLE BULLETIN BOARD Clause in Contracts

ARTICLE BULLETIN BOARD. The Employer agrees to extend to the Union the privilege of using one (1) bulletin board, to be located in the Home for the Aged in a location designated by the Employer, provided that the use of such bulletin board shall be restricted to the posting therein of only such notices that have received prior approval of the Employer through the Administrator or designate.
