ARTICLE BULLETIN BOARD. The Company shall provide a bulletin board in a mutually satisfactory location on the premises for the convenience of the Union in posting notices of Union activity. All such notices must be signed by the proper officer of the Local and submitted to the Hotel General Manager or his authorized representative for approval prior to being posted. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
