ARTICLE BULLETIN BOARD. The Employer will provide at a location in the Home designated by the Employer a bulletin board for the exclusive use of the Union on which bulletin board the Union may post notices having to do with its official business only, and on which the Employer shall post the seniority lists. The employer agrees to allow two bulletin boards, one for each floor in the new building, should there be two floors.
