ARTICLE I - RECOGNITION. The Perry Local Board of Education, hereinafter the “Board,” hereby recognizes the OAPSE Local #4, and Local Union #329, hereinafter the “Local,” as the sole and exclusive representative for all bus drivers and bus aides employed under contract, or on leave; except substitutes and those employees excluded under 4117.01 (c) 1-14 ORC.
