ARTICLE SCOPE AND RECOGNITION. The Company recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining agent for all its employees at its retail store in save and except department supervisors, persons above the rank of department supervisor, security staff, management trainees, office and clerical staff, students employed on a co-operative program with a school, college or university. Persons not in the bargaining unit may perform any work assigned to them by management whether performed by bargaining unit members or otherwise.
