When an employee is first hired or when an employee is reassigned to another position in the bargaining unit, the Employer shall, before the employee is assigned to that position, provide the employee with a current and accurate written statement of duties of the position to which he or she is assigned. Upon written request, an employee shall be given a complete and current statement of duties and responsibilities of his or her position.
