Common use of Article Title Clause in Contracts

Article Title. Uniforms 1. The Employer will pay for cleaning of uniforms at an Employer-selected cleaner up to $20 per month for telecommunicators, which may accumulate to a maximum of 2. The Employer shall purchase uniform clothing and accessories for each employee required to wear a uniform. 3. All furnished uniform clothing and accessories will comfortably fit each employee at the time of issue and not to include alterations to form fit. 4. All uniforms and accessories purchased by an employee in this unit prior to the acceptance of this agreement is the property of the employee.
