Common use of Articles of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Articles of Agreement. This Agreement made on this day of 2012 between Reserve Bank of India, having its office at ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇.▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇, ▇ ▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Marg, CBD, Belapur, Navi Mumbai 400 614 (hereinafter referred to as the "Bank" ) which expression shall unless it is repugnant to the context or meaning thereof deemed to include its affiliates, successors and assigns of the ONE part M/s , having its office at (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor") which expression shall unless it is repugnant to the context or meaning thereof deemed to include his heirs, representatives, administrators and assigns of the OTHER part.
