Articles of Association and By. laws. The national bank charter, articles of association and bylaws of The Huntington National Bank in effect immediately prior to the Effective Time shall be the national bank charter, articles of association and the bylaws of the Surviving Bank, in each case until amended in accordance with applicable law and the terms thereof.
