Articles of Termination. When all of the Company’s properties and assets have been applied to the Company’s debts or distributed to the Sole Member, the Manager (or a liquidating trustee or agent appointed by the Sole Member in the absence of the Manager) shall execute and file the Articles of Termination with the Arizona Corporation Commission as required by the Act.
