Common use of Articles of Termination Clause in Contracts

Articles of Termination. When all the remaining property and assets have been applied and distributed in accordance with Section 12.5 hereof, the Manager (or such other Person designated by the Members) shall cause "Articles of Termination" to be executed and filed with the Arizona Corporation Commission in accordance with the Act.
