Common use of Artist’s Right of Approval Clause in Contracts

Artist’s Right of Approval. ‌ The Artist shall have the right of approval of biographical material for the program and souvenir program, which approval shall be in writing, and shall not be unreasonably withheld. Biographical material not disapproved within forty-eight (48) hours of its submission to the Artist shall be considered approved.
