The Artist shall have the right of approval of biographical material for the program and souvenir program, which approval shall be in writing, and shall not be unreasonably withheld. Biographical material not disapproved within forty-eight (48) hours of its submission to the Artist shall be considered approved.

Artist’s Right of Approval. The Artist may request that the material to be in writingpublished be submitted to the Artist for approval, and such requests shall not be unreasonably withheldrejected. Biographical Should the Artist not inform the Engager of the disapproval of the material not disapproved within forty-eight twenty- four (4824) hours of its submission to submission, the Artist shall material will be considered approved.
