ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION. a) If Supplier is responsible for assembly or installation of the Goods, Supplier shall perform these services in a careful and prudent manner in compliance and conformity with safe industry practices, Applicable Policies, Assembly Instructions, and in accordance with the requirements of all applicable laws, ordinances and regulations. b) PERI may agree to provide engineering or design services in respect of the Goods, in which case all plans, calculations, designs, method statements and design advice produced by ▇▇▇▇, or its agents or consultants, before or after delivery of the Goods are intended to be only a general guide. It is the Supplier’s sole responsibility to check the adequacy, accuracy, suitability and completeness of the design advice and to notify PERI forthwith of any concerns.
