Assess Waste Materials and Segregated Sources Clause Samples
The "Assess Waste Materials and Segregated Sources" clause requires parties to evaluate and identify different types of waste materials generated during a project, as well as to separate these materials at the source. In practice, this means conducting assessments to determine which materials can be recycled, reused, or require special disposal, and implementing procedures to keep these materials distinct from one another during collection and storage. The core function of this clause is to promote responsible waste management, ensure compliance with environmental regulations, and facilitate recycling or proper disposal, thereby reducing environmental impact and potential legal liabilities.
