Assessment Reports. 5.1 The assessment report must provide enough information about the action and its relevant impacts to allow the Commonwealth Environment Minister to make an informed decision whether or not to approve the action under Part 9 of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇. 5.2 The EIS assessment report required under section 57 of the Environmental Protection Act 1994 must meet the criteria mentioned in Schedule 1, Items 6.02 and 6.03 of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Regulations 2000.
