Common use of Assessment Standards Clause in Contracts

Assessment Standards. For Services in which Coalfire performs an assessment in accordance with the guidelines and requirements implemented by a certifying organization (e.g., PCI SSC, FedRAMP, HITRUST) (each, an “Assessment Standard”), Client agrees that Coalfire will perform those Services in accordance with the applicable Assessment Standard. During the course of the assessment, the Parties agree to comply with all of the obligations of the applicable assessed entity in accordance with the applicable Assessment Standards.
