Common use of Assessments in Installments Clause in Contracts

Assessments in Installments. To the extent that it may be permitted by applicable Law and by the applicable Third Party Lease, Tenant shall have the right to apply for conversion of any Imposition to cause it to be payable in installments. After any such conversion, Tenant shall pay and discharge only such installments of any such Impositions as shall become due and payable during the Term, provided that any payment relating to periods prior to the expiration of this Restated Lease shall be paid prior to the Termination Date.
