Common use of Assessments in Installments Clause in Contracts

Assessments in Installments. To the extent that may be permitted by law, Tenant shall have the right to apply for conversion of any assessment to cause it to be payable in installments. After such conversion, Tenant shall pay and discharge only such installments of such assessments as shall become due and payable commencing on the Construction Commencement Date and thereafter during the Term.
