Common use of Asset Management Plan Clause in Contracts

Asset Management Plan. Municipalities applying for connecting link funding must have a recently completed and publicly posted asset management plan indicating the asset condition, capital and maintenance needs, investment priorities and financial strategy for all core infrastructure which includes road, bridge, water and wastewater assets. If the applicant has previously provided a municipal asset management and there are no updates, there is no need to resubmit the same asset management plan. If the applicant has updated the plan or if it’s the first time applying to the Connecting Links Program, the applicant is required to provide access to the plan.
