Common use of Assigned Rest Days Clause in Contracts

Assigned Rest Days. 7.1 Unless otherwise excepted herein, a work week for C.S.S.A.'s and RTC’s shall be 40 hours consisting of 5 days of 8 hours each with 2 consecutive rest days in each 7 subject to the following modifications.
