Common use of Assigned Space Clause in Contracts

Assigned Space. either the Communications Space or the Electrical Space, which means space on Poles that, can be used, as defined by the Applicable Standards and the Agreement, for the attachment of Facilities for the provision of Communications Service or Electric Service, respectively. Further details of, and terms relating to, the Assigned Space are set out in Appendix C and the drawings attached thereto.
