Assignment, Amendments and Modifications. This Agreement cannot be assigned by Carrier without Broker’s prior written consent, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld. This Agreement is subject to modification, amendment or supplementation from time to time, to conform with ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s most recent Terms and Conditions as published by Broker at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/carriers/ and in effect at the time of Carrier’s acceptance of the Load Tender.
