Assignment and Assumption of Subcontracts. The District shall, in its sole and exclusive discretion, have the option of requiring any Subcontractor or Material Supplier to perform in accordance with its Subcontract or Purchase Order with the Contractor and assign the Subcontract or Purchase Order to the District or such other person or entity selected by the District to complete the Work.
