(a) You may not deal with (including, to avoid doubt, assign) any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent and any dealing without that prior written consent is void and of no effect. (b) We may assign or novate this Agreement as we see fit and you agree to sign any novation that we reasonably require for that purpose.
