Assignment and Transfers. The Assured shall not, without the written consent of Skuld, assign or transfer any rights under this insurance, but in no circumstances, shall any assignee or transferee have a greater right than the Assured. Any assignment or transfer without ▇▇▇▇▇’s written consent shall not bind Skuld.
