Common use of Assignment by Assignee Clause in Contracts

Assignment by Assignee. Assignee may assign its interest in this Assignment to any subsequent holder of the Mortgage or to any party who acquires title to the Premises by foreclosure or pursuant to a deed in lieu thereof. No such party who acquires title to the Premises by foreclosure or deed in lieu thereof shall be liable to account to Assignor for any Income thereafter accruing.
