Assignment by Issuer. Except for the assignment of this Agreement to the Trustee, the Issuer shall not attempt to further assign, transfer or convey its interest in the Revenues or this Agreement or create any pledge or lien of any form or nature with respect to the Revenues or the payments hereunder.
