Assignment by Secured Party. Subject to the terms of the Credit Agreement, Secured Party may at any time and from time to time assign the Obligations and any portion thereof and/or the Collateral and any portion thereof, and the assignee shall be entitled to all of the rights and remedies of Secured Party under this Agreement in relation thereto.
