Common use of Assignment by the Administrative Agent Clause in Contracts

Assignment by the Administrative Agent. The Administrative Agent may, in accordance with the Credit Agreement, from time to time assign the Credit Party Obligations or any portion thereof and/or the Pledged Collateral or any portion thereof to a successor Administrative Agent, and the assignee shall be entitled to all of the rights and remedies of the Administrative Agent under this Pledge Agreement in relation thereto.
