Common use of Assignment by us Clause in Contracts

Assignment by us. We, or any of our affiliates, may sell or assign this Agreement, in whole or in part, and our assignee may enforce this Agreement, in whole or in part. We may sell or issue our stock, other ownership interests, or assets, privately or publicly.
